16 beds are dedicated to the care of acutely ill people by a team of RNs, RPNs, and PSWs.  Included in these beds is a room where one-on-one care may be provided for a critically ill person; an isolation room equipped with an ante-room for Handwashing; and private rooms, semi-private rooms and a ward for care as needed.

Our health is skilled and able to care for many types of patients in our hospital.  When patient needs are beyond the capacity of our mandate, or further investigation is required, patients are transferred to facility that will meet their needs.
