E&D PHYSICIANS’ SERVICES

E&D Physicians’ Services is a community physician services clinic which serves Central Timiskaming District and surrounding communities. 

The clinic is operated by Englehart and District Hospital Inc. and is currently staffed by six  physicians and supporting personnel. 

The Clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for scheduled appointments.  This is a walk-in clinic for urgent problems.  This is provided by the physician on-call who also provides emergency services at the hospital.  Walk-in clinic hours from 10:00 a.m. to noon and from 3:00-5:00 p.m. 

The clinic is housed in a 7,000 square feet facility, which was constructed in 1993 on hospital property.  The clinic building is owned and operated by Englehart and District Hospital and is also home to a retail pharmacy and a dental office.
