RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The goal of this program is to strive for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction while keeping cost control in mind.  This process is organization-wide with involvement and commitment from the Board of Directors, Physicians, Administration and employees.  These programs include any or all factors that may directly or indirectly be associated with the safety of patients and the protection of human, physical, financial and information resources.  By working together there is improved teamwork between all hospital departments because everyone is striving for a common goal: to ensure client satisfaction and quality patient care.
