VOLUNTEER SERVICES

The goal is to provide meaningful opportunities for those individuals who choose to offer their time and talents to the Englehart and District Hospital.  Trained volunteers enhance and enrich the quality of life for our clients. 

Our organization and the community benefit because volunteers bring with them genuine caring, valuable time and a strong commitment.  Our employees benefit because, through shared responsibility, some of the time pressures are alleviated.

Most significantly our clients benefit.  Volunteers represent the community and the clients experience the warmth and acceptance given by individuals who choose to spend time with people because they genuinely enjoy them.  The value of this unconditional friendship must never be underrated.  The Volunteer component at Englehart and District Hospital consists of adult and teen volunteers.
